One day, every person will stand before Jesus.
Revelation 20 gives us a sobering picture of final judgment:
“And anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.”
—Revelation 20:15, CSB
That verse is uncomfortable—but it is too important to ignore.
This verse is a warning alarm loudly blaring. All unbelievers will experience this irreversible judgment.
For believers, it should not produce pride. It should produce humility, gratitude, compassion, and URGENCY. We know that apart from the grace of Jesus, we would deserve judgment too.
So think about the person God has placed on your heart.
A family member.
A friend.
A coworker.
A neighbor.
If eternity is real, then loving them means we cannot be content to remain silent forever.
But urgency does NOT mean pressure to produce your own results. We are not responsible for forcing a decision or producing a conversion.
Only Jesus saves.
Urgency is not pressure to produce results; it is faithfulness while there is still time.
So what can you do?
**Pray.** Talk to Jesus about your one.
**Invite.** Invite them into your life.
**Share.** Tell them what Jesus has done for you.
You may not have the perfect words. You may feel nervous. The moment may not feel ideal.
Be faithful anyway.
Because today the gospel invitation is still open. Today forgiveness is available. TODAY JESUS STILL SAVES!
But tomorrow is not promises. So if eternity is real, silence is not love.
Who’s your one—and what is your next faithful step?
